Why is fund raising important to the station?
"We're a public radio station and rely on our listeners for support. Our last fiscal year was pretty good, up about 40 percent from previous years. The listeners were very generous this past year."
Why did you get involved with the Oswego Hospital Committee?
"Based on my background, I do a lot of direct mail fund raising. They asked me to serve on that committee, and I was more than happy to do it. The donations go to various hospital programs."
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
"I really don't look that far ahead, I'm a month-to-month sort of guy. I enjoy the job I do now. I hope that I can stay here. I enjoy this and don't mind staying around."
